Should you purchase real estate in Alberta

RE-cycleI recently received my quarterly update on projects that are on the books for Alberta.

Construction projects valued at $5 million or greater are included in report. Projects that have been on hold for two years or more are removed from list; to be included in the future should they proceed at a future date.

The inventory can be accessed on the internet by going to http://www.albertacanada.com/about-alberta/inventory-of-major-projects.htmlRoblox HackBigo Live Beans HackYUGIOH DUEL LINKS HACKPokemon Duel HackRoblox HackPixel Gun 3d HackGrowtopia HackClash Royale Hackmy cafe recipes stories hackMobile Legends HackMobile Strike Hack

This article has taken excerpts from this report!

In September 2012 the value of the Inventory of Major Alberta Projects was $210.65 billion, up from $193.5 billion last quarter.

The current Inventory is comprised of 833 projects. The sector with the largest number of projects is Infrastructure with 277, valued at nearly $18.5 billion. The second largest sector is institutional with 114 projects valued at close to $8.1 billion.

From a dollar perspective; the largest value is Oil Sands at $137.3 billion, Second Infrastructure at $18.5 billion, Third Oil and Gas at $10.3 billion.

There are 66 oil sands projects (mines, in-situ extraction and upgraders) with an estimated value of $137.3 billion.

So looking at this bit of information; where do you think all the jobs are being created now and in the near future. Right! Alberta!
